I just found a very good presentation from Julian Dyke on the subject.
This material could be used for preparing our home work for the Meetup #17 :)

Yes, it's a really good article.

I found another article in the Internet from Scott Martin. It's the only place where I've read that bitmap index conains 2 different ways of storing info - as bitmaps itself and as delta.

There is really nice example about postman in the article.
