VIPCA in silent mode

Hi all I am in the middle of installing 11gr1 rac on AIX 6.1 I want to run vipca in silent mode,but when I run the command with appropriate values it complains about node name. All the name resolution is fine as I have entered everything in hosts file. Has anyone run vipca in silent mode? If so can you please share with me a working example ?
