Introduction
I've been working as an Oracle DBA for 12+ years. For 6 of those years I was working for Oracle. This could be a good chance to discuss ideas with like minded people. I received an invitation from Martin Wisniewski via LinkedIn.

I am an Oracle DBA with exposure to other database technologies including: * MS-SQL 2005/2008 * Sybase 12, 15 * MySQL * Informix Prior to being a DBA, I was a Unix Systems Administrator.
Current responsibilities within your organization
N/A. Was Manager DBA. I looked after: * Oracle, MS-SQL & Sybase databases (Mostly Oracle) * Networker backups. * Capacity planning for databases, Unix & Windows FS, Networks Switch CPU capacity, Networker Backup Capacity and other things.

N/A. Was employed by Société Genéralé, working in their Sydney office as a part of a larger Region team.
