Hello Everyone!
As requested by many Sydney Oracle Meetup members we are organising event dedicated to real world experience working with Oracle PL/SQL.
Every member are welcome to share and discuss his and others PL/SQL experience.
As main part for the event we do have 4 experienced volunteers from our community to present their experience:
Gary Myers - Will talk about best practices and possible problems in PL/SQL development area (Exception handling, Record types and collections, Dynamic SQL, Triggers, Built-in packages like DBMS_JOB, UTL_FILE ...)
Warwick Sands - Will share hints and suggestions on building PL/SQL infrastructure that helps to simplify application troubleshooting and maintenance
Sergey Porokh - Will present real world PL/SQL application performance tuning (Development)
Arun Birla – Will share a case study for performance tuning work for a utility company involving PL/SQL (DBA)
Each of presenters has many years of experience and they definitely know a lot about PL/SQL.
So do not miss this chance to listen and speak with experts.

Hi Warwick,
I think we just ran out of time that time.
People lost their concentration.
However the lesson learned and you can see this from yesterday's meetup.
I am sure we will get back to PL/SQL topic in the future.

I enjoyed this meetup as I wide range of topics were covered.
I wonder if others did as well. Was my part overly boring and totally irrelevant? Is there any interest in discussing other elements of PL/Sql infrastructure support?
